“You ask why we live and exist and continue on??? Because it may not be for us, but for others… for others understanding, for others learning to love, for others gaining or re-gaining hope… for the fulfillment of positive love and life itself. For you. For me.
For whatever the reason, and for all the pain that life does unleash upon us, it is the little things that we remember and those are the things that make it all worth while.”

whoa. That pic is a throwback for sure. I can see the similiarities.... you look just like your mom. No, hope all is well. I will catch you in a few weeks.

My entire being was that tiny little body. That was everything that I was, with not even a fragment of thought on what I would become. And now I'm standing tall at 6' 1'', as big as the very man holding me in the picture, and looking back I can't even imagine being once so small. I hope I have the chance, 23 years from now, to look back to pictures of me as a 23 year old, and say, "gosh, i can barely even remember what it was like to live in that body. My, how the body keeps changing..."
I'm beginning to wonder, what changes faster? Our conscious consctruction of self, or our physical body?
It's almost like our journals and our scribblings are the snap-shots of the mind.
